Timber Appraisals

A timber appraisal is the economic assessment of the monetary value of a stand of timber. Performing a timber appraisal will determine the value of your standing timber or damaged timber, estimate the value of timber removed from stumps remaining after a timber theft or unexpected harvest, and determine timber value for tax basis, management plans, timber sales or estate planning.
